Description

With CMS finalizing the 2026 Final Rule to include two new CPT codes, Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) is becoming an even more powerful tool for expanding access to care and meeting patients where they are. While RTM creates new opportunities for patient engagement and better outcomes, it also challenges organizations to rethink how care is delivered beyond the clinic walls.

In this webinar, we’ll unpack the finalized 2026 RTM updates and explore how Northwestern Medicine has used RTM to improve access, reduce wait times, and enhance patient outcomes across their health system.

You’ll hear how their team overcame implementation hurdles, aligned clinicians around new workflows, and demonstrated measurable improvements in outcomes and patient satisfaction.
