Part 1 of this 2-part webinar series introduces a practical, easy-to-use framework for addressing mentation, medication, mobility, matters most, and multicomplexity in older adults with diabetes or at risk for developing diabetes. You’ll learn how to assess and intervene on common risk factors using screening tools, patient education, and tailored exercise prescriptions to support healthy lifestyle choices and promote better outcomes.
