Description

Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and other specialized areas of care continue to drive healthcare costs, yet fewer than 20 percent of patients with MSK pain ever reach a physical therapist. At the same time, patient expectations are shifting—individuals are increasingly open to digital care solutions, seeking more convenient, affordable, and accessible options that fit into their everyday lives.

But while patient demand for digital care is growing, many organizations struggle to operationalize these models. Challenges around change management, clinician adoption, workflow redesign, and integration with existing systems often slow progress—leaving patients with limited access to high-value, conservative care.

This session will explore how healthcare organizations can close that gap by embracing hybrid and digital-first care models that elevate therapy as a proactive, scalable solution in the MSK care journey. Leaders from Medbridge will share real-world examples of how organizations are navigating change and implementing digital care at scale.
