Lillian brings sunshine and smiles to the office, and not just in her graphic design wizardry. She loves her team's willingness to try new things and is impassioned by MedBridge's ability to change lives across healthcare.
I connect to MedBridge's mission by understanding that what I do impacts the lives of patients, even if it's a small contribution in an indirect way. It's cool knowing that an organization will use a flyer or that we designed or look at a webpage that our team put together to inform their colleagues of our services.
I'd take the lump sum, account for taxes, then split it equally among four people I've promised to share it with if I ever won the lottery. Then I'd donate half of my share to a number of organizations and invest the rest.
The mission! MedBridge is a place that influences a wide range of people and seeks to not only improve the lives patients, but everything on the clinical spectrum (clinics to clinician to patient outcomes).
I appreciate my team's openness to try something new! My first couple months working here, we did an escape room. It was a blast being able to try something new as a team outside the context of our everyday work environment.
I don't know if I have a milestone story of yet, as I am pretty new, but what I can say is that I love being at MedBridge! The initiatives and projects are meaningful, the people are quality people and work well together. AND the location is a dream! What a view of Lake Union!
