Check Accreditation
1. Link the relationship between psychological factors and returning to sport.
2. Develop evidence-based strategies to support the athlete’s psychological readiness to return to sport after injury.
3. Practice shared decision-making when supporting the athlete to make an informed return-to-sport decision.
4. Implement an appropriate tool for measuring the athlete’s psychological readiness to return to sport.
5. Formulate a return to sport progress plan based on the results of return to sport tests.
6. Apply appropriate BFR parameters based on the phase of rehab.
7. Determine when to progress BFR exercise modes.
8. Determine physiologic targets for the use of blood flow restriction (BFR) after ACL injury in the prehab, acute, and subacute phases of rehab.
9. Analyze the current caseload of ACL rehab patients to determine the need to implement or modify BFR use
