Topics will include the modern understanding of determinants for functional disorders, including gut–brain interaction, cortical changes, and the biopsychosocial model. These concepts will then be applied in a demonstration of a comprehensive evaluation. This webinar will highlight multidisciplinary assessments to achieve an exclusionary diagnosis, and the identification of positive clinical features to achieve an inclusionary diagnosis.
