One hour of sexual harassment training is required for employees at California companies with 5 or more employees. This interactive course includes information and practical guidelines about federal and state regulations that protect against sexual harassment in the workplace, including a discussion of sexual harassment that includes harassment based on sexual orientation and gender identity, the remedies available to victims of sexual harassment, guidance on how to prevent harassment discrimination and retaliation, and examples of sexual harassment. This course also includes information about abusive conduct in the workplace.

This course is designed to meet the training and education requirements for sexual harassment and abusive conduct in the workplace described in California Government Code ยง12950.1.
