For any experienced leader, this series serves a refresher that you can use in the moment as you prepare for any leadership situation. Participants will learn foundational leadership skills, including strategies for asking opening and curious questions, active listening, and setting clear intentions. These skills are reinforced throughout the series with practical examples and scenarios. It is strongly recommended that you begin with this series because the lessons here are used in all additional series.
