This course provides information for all staff about the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) process in home health agencies. QAPI is an ongoing, collaborative and proactive approach to improving patient care and outcomes. In this course, staff will see an example QAPI process in action, learn what QAPI means and why it is important, and explore fundamental elements.
