Caci Gilden

Caci is a 28 year physical therapist who has been with Sentara 27 years, after graduating from Old Dominion University. As a treating clinician her focus was primarily orthopedics. She has been in a leadership position with Sentara since 2003 and has managed a variety of departments including rehab and pain management. Her passion over the last year has been the development of Sentara’s virtual therapy programs and digital solutions.

Caci has 3 grown children and has been happily married for 37 years. She spends her downtime with her family and her horse, Oscar.
