As the Client Executive, Joslyn's goal is to ensure value realization and highlight ROI for MedBridge's Strategic Health System partnerships. By taking a consultancy approach to account management, she partners with Executive Stakeholders to achieve success in areas such as digital patient engagement, standardization of care, workflow efficiency, and clinician education.

Joslyn has partnered with BayCare's Education and Quality team since their implementation with MedBridge in 2021. Serving as subject matter expert on both MedBridge's Care and Educate suite of products, she has helped their team realize their goals of implementing digital care practice in their rehab department, providing data-driven visibility into success metrics, and making education recommendations.

With 8+ years of experience in Sales and Account management, and 4+ years at MedBridge, she believes in the strength of relationship building and communication as pillars of success to operational change.
