Kim Tate is a registered nurse with over three decades of healthcare experience. She is a passionate clinical leader who strives to deliver quality care and positive patient outcomes. She has a bachelor of science in nursing with a proven track record of facilitating and leading the effectiveness of clinical programs, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
Kim has served in diverse leadership roles for 30 years in home health, hospice, and med-surg care. Such roles include home health director of nursing, administrator, clinical operations consultant, assistant director of quality and outcomes, director of clinical risk, and vice president of clinical excellence.
She is the founder and lead consultant of Tate Healthcare Consulting Solutions serving home health and hospice organizations. Leveraging her extensive background and expertise, the consultancy group specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet organizational needs through transformative collaboration, operational efficiency, continuous quality improvement, and enhancing leadership confidence and knowledge.
A member of the American Nurses Association, Kim is a certified CHAP consultant and is pursuing her master of science in nursing. She has been successful in leading teams to improve quality patient outcomes, developing clinical risk management programs, leading project initiatives to enhance quality care, impacting growth, and improving key performance indicators.
Kim has a steadfast commitment to quality, leadership development, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
