Eligibility
This offer is only valid for NATA members. This offer is only available to those who are new Medbridge Users. Any User who holds a current Medbridge subscription, or previously had a Medbridge subscription, is ineligible for the offer. The offer is only valid for the first 12 months of the member's Medbridge subscription and will not apply at the subscription renewal. Upon renewal, the member may continue their subscription at the standard payment rate. This is a benefit reserved for NATA members only. Sharing this offer outside of the NATA network is strictly prohibited and may result in NATA or Medbridge terminating the member's subscription to Medbridge. -
How to Redeem
By completing the form on the Medbridge Website, the User agrees that they are a current member of NATA and will receive a one-time use randomly generated promo code for the Medbridge subscription plan specified on the Medbridge Website. Governing Law & Disputes
This Offer shall be construed, enforced under, and subject to the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes, actions, claims or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Seattle, WA, USA.
If a dispute arises under this Offer that the User and Medbridge (together, the “Parties”) cannot settle through direct discussions, the Parties shall attempt to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute promptly by confidential mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to arbitration. The Parties agree that any issue unresolved by such mediation shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and that judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration panel shall consist of one (1) arbitrator jointly chosen by the User and Medbridge. The place of arbitration shall be Seattle, Washington. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. This Section shall not preclude the Parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MEDBRIDGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY UNAVAILABILITY OR INOPERABILITY OF THE LINKS, PROGRAM WEB SITES, TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION, COMPUTER ERROR, CORRUPTION OR LOSS OF INFORMATION, OR OTHER INJURY, DAMAGE, OR DISRUPTION OF ANY KIND BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF MEDBRIDGE. IN NO EVENT WILL MEDBRIDGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PERSONAL INJURY / WRONGFUL DEATH, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT MEDBRIDGE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. MEDBRIDGE'S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO AFFILIATE, FROM ALL CAUSES OF ACTION AND ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY, WILL BE LIMITED TO AND WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID TO AFFILIATE BY MEDBRIDGE IN COMMISSIONS DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO SUCH CLAIM.
