To receive a quote for a Small Business Group Subscription, please email subscriptions@medbridge.com with your organizations name, your name, the quantity and seat type you would like to purchase and lastly, the shipping address for your organization. We will prepare a quote for you in order to get necessary approvals.

Yes! Instead of paying for separate individual accounts, you can create a Medbridge organization by purchasing a group subscription. Once complete, our support team can help you merge their CEUs and course completion data. Please note—at this point in time, we are not able to merge any prior patient HEP data, and if they are outside of the refund policy, we will not be able to provide a credit back to their account.
Medbridge subscriptions are for one calendar year, renewing on the date of purchase. You will have access to all content, including new and updated materials, during the course of the year.
Our content library is available to browse and we offer the first chapter free for all courses. Other capabilities are not currently available to try before purchasing primarily due to privacy and data sharing regulations.
We currently offer 12-month subscriptions, paid in full at sign-up.
Yes, our HEP Essentials and Pro plans permit access to and storage of Protected Health Information (PHI). These plans are designed to be PHI-compliant, ensuring that patient information is secure and managed according to the HITRUST Common Security Framework. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is included with the service agreement.

Yes. If you are purchasing multiple seats, you have the ability to select different plan types depending on the needs of your business.
Absolutely. All Admin users have access to the Organization Management page where they can add-on new seat types or upgrade all of one seat type to another. This can be done at anytime during the annual subscription cycle.
Medbridge has a variety of plans to accommodate for the different roles in organizations, including the Non-Clinical and Student plans.
Medbridge courses are accredited for physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, certified athletic trainers, strength and conditioning specialists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, case managers, long-term care administrators, respiratory therapists, and social workers. You can find specific accreditation information in the course listings.
No. According to the Medbridge Terms of Use, accounts are unique to each user and may not be shared.
Yes! You can rotate seats in a group subscription. This can be done easily by an account Admin in the User page.
Purchasing your Medbridge subscription online is easy and so is our guided account implementation. After your purchase you will be guided through the steps to get your organization setup and add in new users. Afterwards, managing your subscription is just as easy! Admin users can manage plans, seat assignments and billing information.
Admin users will also have access to our specialized Admin Support team to assist with technical, how-to, and product usage questions from 4am to 5pm PST. All Medbridge users have access to our Customer Support team from 6am to 5pm PST, M-F. Reach out to our team.
