Are you using a partner to power this integration?
Medbridge partners with Merge to support secure connections with more than 80 HRIS and identity provider systems. This allows organizations to integrate Medbridge into their existing systems while maintaining IT oversight and control.
What about security and compliance?
Medbridge maintains HITRUST and HIPAA certifications to support the security and privacy requirements of healthcare organizations. Integration partner Merge maintains SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and HIPAA certifications and is GDPR compliant, helping ensure enterprise-grade data protection.
Who manages and authorizes this integration?
Designated customer IT administrators typically control user access to Medbridge. An IT Manager role is required to access Medbridge’s User Management Integration page.
Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers in North America with enterprise-grade physical and network security safeguards in place.
