Why the Cohort Learning Series: Coaching Foundations in Healthcare Practice?
We believe great learning happens in layers. After establishing core skills, many rehabilitation professionals want more—deeper conversations, real-world application, and space to explore complex coaching concepts with mentors and peers.
This Cohort Learning Series offers a guided learning experience that supports skill development over time. You’ll move through the curriculum with structure and accountability, receive timely mentorship, and engage in interactive Q&A with peers to clarify concepts and apply learning.
What are the details for Session 1: Coaching Foundations?
In Session 1, Hélène will address frequently asked questions, clarify challenging concepts, and explore participant-submitted cases. The focus is on foundational coaching skills that support patient engagement and behavior change across healthcare settings.
You’ll also have opportunities to interact with peers through live chat and receive support from your cohort. This session strengthens your communication foundation and prepares you for the more advanced coaching skills explored in Sessions 2 and 3.
