(Daytime Session) Beyond Burnout: Recovery Through
Lifestyle and Career Alignment

Presented by Katie Cooper

Description

You asked, we listened! We’re excited to offer a daytime webinar session to support different schedules. This webinar is offered twice (evening and daytime); please register for only one that fits your schedule. You will only receive CE for one.

Burnout among allied health professionals is widely recognized, yet many clinicians lack practical guidance on how to recover in ways that align with the realities of healthcare work. A significant practice gap exists in translating burnout awareness into sustainable lifestyle habits and informed career decisions that support long-term well-being and professional longevity. Without structured support, clinicians may return to the same patterns that contribute to ongoing stress and exhaustion.

This webinar addresses this gap by providing evidence-informed strategies to support recovery from burnout through healthy lifestyle habits, including exercise, nutrition, and hydration, as well as examining job-fit considerations that influence burnout risk across healthcare settings. Participants will be guided through reflection and planning to identify realistic, actionable changes that support recovery and sustainability.

This course is applicable to allied health professionals practicing in all clinical and nonclinical settings and is designed to support clinicians seeking to restore energy, improve alignment between work and life demands, and reduce the risk of recurrent burnout.
