Description

Join us for the latest installment of The Bridge Sessions, a Webinar Series focused on Connecting Platform Potential to Clinical Practice.

The patients who need you most are the easy ones to miss. A patient stops logging their exercises, a pain report comes in, a message sits unread, and none of it is visible until you go looking for it across separate dashboards and open episodes. This session focuses on patient alerts and the Alerts column: a single list that surfaces the patients who need action right now, whether that's a Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) gap, a Pathways pain or surgical alert, or an unread patient message. You can sort and filter that list by alert type and severity, work each patient from their record, and resolve or snooze alerts so your list only ever shows what still needs you.

We are keeping the slides to a minimum to focus on what matters most: a Live Demonstration within the platform. We will show you how to surface the patients who need attention, act on an alert from the patient record, and keep your working list clean as you go.

Learning Objectives

  • One List, Not Five: See how the Alerts column pulls RTM gaps, Pathways alerts, and unread messages onto a single patient list, so you start your day from one place instead of hunting across dashboards.
  • Triage by What Matters: Learn how to filter and sort by alert type and severity, from Critical to Low, so the patients closest to slipping rise to the top of your list.
  • A List That Stays Clean: Walk away knowing how to resolve alerts you've handled and snooze the ones you can't act on yet, so your list always reflects what still needs you, right now.
