Lisa E. Brown is an associate clinical professor at Boston University and a highly experienced and dedicated physical therapist specializing in neurological conditions. Dr. Brown is a co-lead author on the Clinical Practice Guideline on the Use of Ankle-Foot Orthoses and Functional Electrical Stimulation Post-Stroke and has presented at the state, national, and international levels on the topic of AFOs and FES. Dr. Brown is an ABPTS board-certified neurologic clinical specialist and has 30 years of clinical experience serving as a consultant at the Boston University Physical Therapy Center and the Boston University Center for Neurorehabilitation, providing exceptional care to individuals with neurological conditions and mentoring physical therapy staff and students. With a strong focus on neurologic systems and numerous years of research and publications, Dr. Brown’s contributions have undoubtedly made a significant impact.
