APTA + Medbridge Giveaway Rules

    1. No Purchase Necessary

      There is no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

    2. Eligibility

      The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are over the age of 18 at the time of entering. Employees of Medbridge and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

    3. Timing

      The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 A.M. Pacific time on September 10th, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. Pacific time on November 5th, 2025.

    4. How to Enter

      There are two ways to enter the American Physical Therapy Association’s “APTA Combined Sections Meeting Contest” (“Contest”): (1) register for the APTA Combined Sections Meeting, or (2) send your first and last name, address, telephone number and email address (if available) in a first class stamped envelope to: American Physical Therapy Association APTA CSM Contest Attn: Amanda Paul, 3030 Potomac Ave. Suite 100, Alexandria, VA 22305-3085. Limit one entry per person. Mail in entries must be post marked by Nov. 5, 2025. The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. ET, on Sept. 10, 2025 and goes to 11:59 p.m. ET, on Nov. 5, 2025.

      The Sponsor accepts no responsibilities for any entries that are incomplete, corrupted, or fail to reach the Sponsor before the Giveaway ends. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method.

    5. Prize

      One (1) winner will receive a prize of a MedBridge Premium subscription (or extension) for one (1) year.

      No other substitutions permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any prize-related expenses, including any federal, state, or local taxes, are the responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

    6. Odds

      The odds of winning the prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

    7. Information Collection

      The Sponsor will collect information from the entrants for the purpose of the random drawing and to notify the winner. The Sponsor may share this information with third parties as necessary to administer the Giveaway and may also share this information with the promotional partners identified in the Giveaway so as to notify entrants of future promotional offers that the Sponsor or such promotional partners may offer.

    8. Drawing

      The winning entry will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received on or about November 6th, 2025. The Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

    9. Notification

      The winner will be notified by email to the email address supplied with the winning entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be randomly selected in the original winner’s place.

    10. Delivery

      The prize will be sent by registered mail.

    11. Publicity

      The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity.

    12. Agreeing to Official Rules

      By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to the Giveaway, which are final and binding.

    13. Disputes

      The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

    14. Sponsor and Administrator

      The Sponsor and Administrator of the Giveaway is MedBridge, Inc., located at 1633 Westlake Ave N., Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98109.

    15. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

      BY ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY CONTEST, EACH USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE, AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL COSTS, CLAIMS, SUITS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES) RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT USER’S PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE, AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS, OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY CONTEST.
