No Purchase Necessary
There is no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. -
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are over the age of 18 at the time of entering. Employees of Medbridge and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. -
Timing
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 A.M. Pacific time on May 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. Pacific time on May 13, 2026. -
How to Enter
Users are entered into the Giveaway automatically upon submitting their first name, email, and clinician discipline in the provided form at https://www.medbridge.com/l/slp-month-giveaway between 12:00:00 A.M. Pacific time on May 6, 2026 and 11:59:59 P.M. Pacific time on May 13, 2026. Users are entitled to only one (1) entry per email address or user account. The Sponsor accepts no responsibilities for any entries that are incomplete, corrupted, or fail to reach the Sponsor before the Giveaway ends. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method. -
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Medbridge "Premium" subscription for one (1) year. No cash or other substitutions permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any prize-related expenses, including any federal, state, or local taxes, are the responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. -
Odds
The odds of winning the prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. -
Information Collection
The Sponsor will collect information from the entrants for the purpose of the random drawing and to notify the winner. The Sponsor may share this information with third parties as necessary to administer the Giveaway and may also share this information with the promotional partners identified in the Giveaway so as to notify entrants of future promotional offers that the Sponsor or such promotional partners may offer. -
Drawing
The winning entry will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received on or about May 18, 2026. The Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. -
Notification
The winner will be notified by email to the email address supplied with the winning entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be randomly selected in the original winner’s place. -
Delivery
The prize will be sent by registered mail. -
Publicity
The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity. -
Agreeing to Official Rules
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to the Giveaway, which are final and binding. -
Disputes
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. -

The Sponsor and Administrator of the Giveaway is Medbridge, Inc., located at 10900 NE 4th St., Suite 2300, Bellevue, WA 98004. -
Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
