Medbridge Matchup Challenge Giveaway Rules

    1. No Purchase Necessary

      There is no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

    2. Eligibility

      The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are over the age of 18 at the time of entering. Employees of Medbridge and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

    3. Timing

      The Medbridge Match-Up Challenge Campaign (“Giveaway”) begins at 12:00:00 A.M. Pacific Time on April 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. Pacific Time on April 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Bracket submissions must be received by April 30, 2026. Winner announcements are expected to occur on or about May 8, 2026.

    4. How to Enter

      To enter, participants must complete and submit an official campaign bracket during the Promotion Period by providing their first name, email address, and clinician discipline via the designated campaign landing page. Participants will select outcomes for bracket-style match-ups featuring Home Exercise Program (HEP) exercises based on predicted assignment frequency data from January–March 2026. Limit one (1) bracket submission per person/email address. Multiple entries from the same individual or email address will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, late, or fail to be properly submitted will not be accepted. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

    5. Prize

      Three (3) winners will be selected based on bracket accuracy, as determined by the Sponsor: First Place: One (1) Medbridge Premium Subscription for one (1) year. Second Place: One (1) $50 Amazon Gift Card. Third Place: One (1) $25 Amazon Gift Card. All participants who submit a valid entry will receive access to a curated clinical toolkit/content package, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

    6. Odds

      Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the relative accuracy of each participant’s bracket predictions compared to actual outcomes. In the event of a tie, tie-breaking criteria may be applied at the Sponsor’s discretion.

    7. Information Collection

      The Sponsor will collect information from the entrants for the purpose of the random drawing and to notify the winner. The Sponsor may share this information with third parties as necessary to administer the Giveaway and may also share this information with the promotional partners identified in the Giveaway so as to notify entrants of future promotional offers that the Sponsor or such promotional partners may offer.

    8. Drawing

      The winning entry will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received on or about May 8, 2026. The Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

    9. Notification

      The winner will be notified by email to the email address supplied with the winning entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be randomly selected in the original winner’s place.

    10. Delivery

      The prize will be sent by registered email.

    11. Publicity

      The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity.

    12. Agreeing to Official Rules

      By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to the Giveaway, which are final and binding.

    13. Disputes

      The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

    14. Sponsor and Administrator

      The Sponsor and Administrator of the Giveaway is Medbridge, Inc., located at 10900 NE 4th St., Suite 2300, Bellevue, WA 98004.

    15. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

      BY ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY CONTEST, EACH USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE, AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL COSTS, CLAIMS, SUITS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES) RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT USER’S PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY CONTEST AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE, AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS, OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY CONTEST.
