In this course, four student cases (preschool, elementary, middle and high-school age) are presented to illustrate application of a model of collaborative and integrated service delivery designed to align with IDEA, current evidence and best practice in the school setting. This model provides a continuum of services and is presented together with case examples designed to support the school-based occupational therapist in addressing student participation. Emphasis is on the importance of collaboration and intervention planning to enable effective provision of services in the least restrictive environment.
