Better Together: Interdisciplinary Care That Gets Results

Presented by Neely Sullivan

Description

*This webinar is scheduled for 7:00 PM EDT / 4:00 PM PDT

Interdisciplinary collaboration is essential to safe, high-quality client care, yet many healthcare teams still struggle with role clarity and consistent communication. When disciplines work in parallel instead of as an integrated team, it can lead to duplicated work, inconsistent client and family education, documentation silos, and preventable safety risks. Time pressure, productivity demands, and lack of structured communication tools often make collaboration difficult to sustain.

This webinar provides practical, evidence-informed strategies to strengthen interdisciplinary communication, clarify overlapping roles while maintaining the scope of practice, and improve collaborative documentation. Participants will learn structured frameworks and real-world techniques they can apply immediately to improve team alignment, efficiency, and client-centered outcomes.
