This short, scenario-based interactive course prepares hospice aides to deliver care that centers the patient’s dignity, preferences, and autonomy. Aides will explore what person-centered care looks like in everyday tasks, practice applying cultural sensitivity and recognizing implicit bias, and build the soft skills needed to support patient independence and choice.
