Through a review of current best evidence, participants will leave this course with a thorough understanding of the importance of ACL injury prevention, including the economic, health, and emotional impact of ACL injuries in young athletes. Participants in this course will be able to describe the value of an ACL injury prevention program in the enhancement of youth athletes' performance and quality of life through injury risk reduction provided through a dynamic warmup program.
