Jennifer Rochester

Jennifer is an occupational therapy doctoral (OTD) student and public health professional focused on improving healthcare access through evidence-based practice and remote therapeutic management. She holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology degree and is a licensed physical therapist assistant with clinical experience spanning outpatient rehabilitation, pulmonary and vestibular care, and interdisciplinary program leadership.

Jennifer’s research explores remote therapeutic monitoring, treatment plan analysis, and innovative models of care delivery, including pilot and beta testing initiatives in collaboration with Sentara Therapeutic Network and Medbridge. As a United States Navy veteran and former director of rehabilitation, she brings a systems-level, mission-driven approach to advancing accessible, patient-centered rehabilitation.
