Jonathan Forfa

Jon Forfa, M.S., CCC-SLP, CNT?is a speech-language pathologist specializing in the assessment and treatment of pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. He has a special interest in tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients. Jon splits his time between caring for neonates in a level 4 NICU and consulting for the Aerodigestive Clinic. Jon has received extensive training in Modified Barium Swallow Studies, Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing, surface electromyography and neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy for swallowing disorders. He is also a lactation educator counselor and has a passion for teaching and research in the area of dysphagia.
