Kara Welke, OTD, OTR/L, CLT is the founder and CEO of Home Therapy Solutions in Grand Forks, North Dakota, and Next Level Occupational Therapy, a nationwide professional development and business building platform for rehabilitation clinicians. Kara established Home Therapy Solutions to deliver the high quality, age-friendly care that clients and caregivers deserve providing outpatient therapy in the home, supporting aging in the right place, and addressing the complex needs of older adults and their caregivers. Her practice is recognized as an Age Friendly Therapy Practice, known for its commitment to proactive aging, caregiver support, and truly client centered care delivered where people live, function, and thrive.

Through Next Level Occupation al Therapy, Kara extends her impact nationally by mentoring occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech language pathology professionals who want to start, build, and scale sustainable therapy practices.
