Kelly York

Kelly is the AVP of operations for the Pediatric Day Health Center Division at Aveanna Healthcare. She is responsible for the oversight of multiple centers throughout the Northeast Region. In this role, she provides direction and supervision to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and budgetary and regulatory requirements, assuring quality services are provided to the children in attendance. As a regional-level director, she exercises management principles to ensure profitability and control assets, and at the same time, communicates the company’s mission and philosophy to the community. She is an active member of the PA Home Care Association, serving as a member of the Pediatric Cabinet & Home PAC committees and participating in advocacy efforts at the state and federal levels. In addition, Kelly has been called upon to present on a variety of pediatric-focused home healthcare topics at national-level nursing conferences.

Kelly has been attending PA Vent Camp since the mid-1990s, and over the years, she has served in many different capacities. Most recently, she is an RN team leader for both the summer and fall sessions, an active participant on the Fundraising & Community Awareness Committee, and a CORE team member, and she serves as president on the board of directors.
