Matthew Foulks

Matthew Foulks, PT, OCS, is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with over 26 years of service to the University of Utah’s orthopedics department. Since earning his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah in 2000, Matt has worked primarily in the field of orthopedics specifically with total joint replacement patients. He spent 18 years in acute hospital care followed by 8 years as an embedded therapist working directly alongside orthopedic surgeons in outpatient clinics. Matt has worked on developing the university’s comprehensive joint replacement program. This program is a hybrid care model that supports approximately 750 patients at a time through a combination of in-person visits, telehealth, and remote therapeutic monitoring.
