Rick Neitzelt

Rick Neitzelt is the Director of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where he oversees strategic and operational initiatives aimed at improving access, quality, and innovation in outpatient rehabilitation services. With nearly 20 years of experience spanning collegiate athletics, sports medicine, and outpatient rehabilitation, Rick has developed expertise in clinical operations, workforce development, and care delivery transformation.

Since joining Ohio State in 2012, Rick has held progressive leadership roles and has championed initiatives that enhance patient access while maintaining high-quality outcomes. Rick is passionate about developing rehabilitation professionals and building cultures that enable teams to thrive while delivering exceptional patient care. He currently leads the PT One+ program at Ohio State, which integrates Remote Therapeutic Monitoring to provide patient-centered rehabilitation care and extend clinical support beyond traditional in-person visits.
