Stephanie Wagers

Stephanie Wagers, OTD, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist with 29 years of experience working predominantly in outpatient settings. She is the founder of Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy, which she has owned and operated for the past 13 years, and Connect the Dots Learning Center, launched three years ago as an extension of her commitment to whole-child, family-centered care. Stephanie holds a postprofessional doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, where her capstone research focused on training therapists to teach caregivers how to play with purpose and help children reach their highest potential. That research became the foundation for her AOTA-approved course on parent engagement. She is a speaker, self-published author, and passionate advocate for equipping clinicians with the relational skills and practical tools to build true partnerships with the families they serve.
