Yeni Abraham

Dr. Yeni Abraham, PT, DPT, PRFS, is a physical therapist, educator, and the clinical authority for pelvic and fertility rehabilitation. She built and led a pelvic physical therapy practice in Dallas before founding Triggered Academy to close a gap she saw firsthand: rehabilitation clinicians are uniquely positioned to influence reproductive health, yet almost none are trained to do it. Through the Academy, she created the Pelvic Rehabilitation Fertility Specialist (PRFS) certification, equipping therapists to support patients on their fertility journeys with clinical confidence and a clear, evidence-based framework.

Her mission is to expand how the rehabilitation profession sees itself. Dr. Abraham believes every clinician, not only pelvic specialists, holds a meaningful role in reproductive health, and she has built her teaching around making that role clear, credible, and immediately actionable across disciplines and settings. Her work bridges physical therapy, occupational therapy, and the wider fertility care team, giving clinicians the language and tools to serve the patients already in front of them, often without knowing it.
