Medbridge RTM Sale Terms of Use

  1. Medbridge RTM July Sale

    The Medbridge RTM July Sale gives organizations 15 free Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) episodes per seat with a first-time purchase of an eligible Medbridge Elite or Care Elite plan on the Medbridge website. Each credit waives one $10 RTM episode fee, a value of $150 per seat. The offer is available on first-time Elite purchases only and cannot be applied to renewals, expansions, add-ons, or upgrades.

  2. No promotional code is required. Credits are added to the account after purchase and appear on the customer’s invoice as a $0 line item. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire at the end of the customer’s existing subscription term. RTM is already included in eligible Elite plans and credits apply only to the per-episode fee and do not change plan access or price. The offer covers the Medbridge $10 per-episode fee only and does not relate to the customer’s own clinical billing or reimbursement.
  3. The offer is valid from July 1, 2026 through July 31, 2026, and is limited to the subscriptions and customer types listed above. Medbridge reserves the right to modify or discontinue these offers at any time.
