Medbridge State of Connected Care Survey Giveaway Rules

    1. No Purchase Necessary

      There is no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

    2. Eligibility

      The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are over the age of 18 at the time of entering. Employees of Medbridge and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

    3. Timing

      The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 A.M. Pacific Time on Monday, August 24, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. Pacific Time on Monday, September 21, 2026.

    4. How to Enter

      Users are entered into the Giveaway upon completing the Medbridge State of Connected Care Survey at www.medbridge.com/surveys/connected-care-2026. Users are entitled to only one (1) entry per email address. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, corrupted, or fail to reach the Sponsor before the Giveaway ends. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Limit one (1) entry per person.

    5. Prize

      Fifteen (15) winners will receive a $50 Amazon gift card. No cash or other substitution is permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any prize-related expenses, including federal, state, or local taxes, are the responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

    6. Odds

      The odds of winning the prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

    7. Information Collection

      The Sponsor will collect information from entrants for the purpose of the random drawing and to notify the winner. The Sponsor may share this information with third parties as necessary to administer the Giveaway, and may also share this information with promotional partners identified in the Giveaway so as to notify entrants of future promotional offers that the Sponsor or such promotional partners may offer.

    8. Drawing

      The winning entries will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The drawing will be held the week of September 21, 2026. The Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

    9. Notification

      The winner will be notified by email to the email address supplied with the winning entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be randomly selected in the original winner’s place.

    10. Delivery

      The prize will be sent by email.

    11. Platform Disclaimer

      This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or LinkedIn.

    12. Agreeing to Official Rules

      By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to the Giveaway, which are final and binding.

    13. Disputes

      The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

    14. Sponsor and Administrator

      The Sponsor and Administrator of the Giveaway is Medbridge, Inc., located at 10900 NE 4th St., Suite 2300, Bellevue, WA 98004.

    15. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
