Yes! If you are purchasing multiple seats, you have the ability to select different plan types depending on the needs of your business. We offer a range of subscription types—including our Care Elite plan, which supports RTM and is a great fit for high volume clinicians, our carefully tailored In-Home plans for home health and hospice professionals, and Business Essentials, which suits front office and non-clinical team members.
Our content library is available to browse and we offer the first chapter free for all courses, which you can access from the Course Library. Other capabilities are not currently available to try before purchasing primarily due to privacy and data sharing regulations.
Medbridge has a variety of plans to accommodate different roles in your organization. We recommend considering the Business Essentials, Medbridge Student, or our Care plans to determine which best fits your needs.
Medbridge subscriptions are for one calendar year, renewing on the date of purchase. You will have access to all content, including new and updated materials, during the course of the year.
We currently offer 12-month subscriptions, paid in full at sign-up.
With the introduction of episodic billing, there will also be monthly billing for usage. This will happen in arrears, after your account consumes the allotted credits provided.
No. Per the Medbridge Terms of Use, accounts are unique to each user and may not be shared.
Yes! You can make things simpler with a Medbridge group subscription. We can transfer over CEUs and course completions as requested. If any staff joined or renewed in the last 90 days, their individual accounts may qualify for our exception refund policy due to this scenario. All refunds will go back onto the original payment method.
Please note: We cannot transfer HEPs or templates from individual accounts into group accounts. However, you are able to download any HEPs or templates prior to the transition. It's also important for you to know that your patients will still have access to their previously assigned programs even after the individual accounts are cancelled.
Absolutely. All admin users have access to the Organization Management page where they can add new seat types or upgrade all seat types. This can be done at anytime during the annual subscription cycle. You can only remove seats during your renewal window.
Pricing is prorated based on your renewal date, ensuring you only pay for the time you can use.
Yes! You can reassign seats in your group subscription. This can be done easily by an account admin in the User page. See our article for complete instructions for reassigning seats.
Our Care Elite and Medbridge Elite plans contain episodic billing for Pathways and RTM episodes.
Within each Elite plan, HEP episodes are unlimited. Additional charges of $10/episode apply when one of the following occurs:
* Digital engagement is when a patient logs in to that episode.
Once an episode is completed, the system applies a credit to your bill.
Your account will be charged in arrears on a monthly basis for all episodic usage. The automatic charge will occur on the same date that the initial subscription was purchased.
Yes, our plans that include Care (Care Essentials/Elite and Medbridge Essentials/Elite/Student) permit access to and storage of Protected Health Information (PHI). These plans are designed to be PHI-compliant, ensuring that patient information is secure and managed according to the HITRUST Common Security Framework. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is included with the service agreement.
For those who do not require PHI access, we offer a non-PHI version with limited functionality. Please contact our sales team for more information.
The Medbridge Platform is HITRUST CSF® Certified. Certification of the Medbridge platforms demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the highest level of security within our system. It ensures we not only meet, but exceed HIPAA requirements. Medbridge clients do not need to take any additional action, but can simply rest easy knowing that we have the highest security for your PHI and information.
Medbridge courses are accredited for physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, certified athletic trainers, strength and conditioning specialists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, case managers, long-term care administrators, respiratory therapists, and social workers. You can find a complete list along with the associated accrediting body on our Help Center. You can find specific accreditation information in the course listings.
Purchasing your Medbridge subscription online is easy and so is our guided account implementation. After your purchase you will be guided through the steps to get your organization set up and add in new users. Afterwards, managing your subscription is just as easy! Admin users can manage plans, seat assignments and billing information.
Admin users will also have access to our specialized Admin Support Team to assist with technical, how-to, and product usage questions from 4am to 5pm PST. All Medbridge users have access to our Customer Support Team from 6am to 5pm PST, M-F. Reach out to our team for any support you might need.

Subscription types that include our Care products include per-episode costs. These are Care Essentials, Care Elite, Medbridge Essentials, and Medbridge Elite.
An episode is counted when you add the first exercise, patient education, or patient-reported outcome to your home exercise program. All additional changes to that episode are free of charge.
Each Essentials plan includes a credit of 100 episodes. These credits are added together into an organization pool that can be used by anyone with that same seat type. Once all credits from your organization's pool have been used, each new episode will be charged at $1.50 per episode.
Within each Elite plan, HEP episodes are unlimited. Additional charges of $10/episode apply when one of the following occurs:

If your organization regularly exceeds an average of 100 episodes per seat, Care Elite and Medbridge Elite plans include unlimited HEP episodes, which may provide simpler, more predictable pricing.
Unused episodes do not roll over into the following year. Care Essentials and Medbridge Essentials receive a fresh allotment of 100 episodes per seat at the time of renewal.
