Jennifer Lucas, PT, DPT is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Geriatric Physical Therapy with over 20 years of experience advancing innovative, sustainable approaches to care for older adults. Her career has focused on enhancing patient outcomes through the integration of technology, evidence-based practices, and person-centered care models across post-acute and outpatient settings.
Jennifer has led national initiatives to implement technology-enhanced services, including Remote Therapeutic Monitoring, designed to improve care delivery, engagement, and long-term health for older adults. She brings a deep understanding of the clinical, operational, and educational strategies needed to build scalable, sustainable care systems that address the complex needs of aging populations.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Jennifer has contributed to graduate-level health sciences education, developed national training content, and presented widely on topics including digital health integration and chronic condition management.
