Anthony D’Alonzo PT

Anthony (Tony) D’Alonzo is the Vice President of Clinical Strategy and Innovation at BAYADA Home Health Care, the nation’s largest nonprofit provider of home health services. In this role, Tony oversees the design and implementation of new care delivery strategies in coordination with partner health systems and health plans. Tony’s focus includes healthcare payment and delivery models, value-based reimbursement, risk-sharing arrangements, and population health trends. In addition to his primary role, he provides support for predictive analytics, electronic information exchange, and regulatory compliance.

Additionally, Tony is a licensed physical therapist and serves as an adjunct professor for the physical therapy department at Arcadia University. Outside of work, Tony lives in the greater Philadelphia region and enjoys going for a run, mowing the lawn, and spending family time with his wife and two children.
