Anthony D’Alonzo, PT, DPT, MBA

Vice President of Clinical Strategy and Innovation at BAYADA Home Health Care

Anthony (Tony) D'Alonzo is the Vice President of Clinical Strategy and Innovation at BAYADA Home Health Care, the nation's largest nonprofit provider of home health services. In this role, Tony oversees the design and implementation of new care delivery strategies in coordination … with partner health systems and health plans. Tony's focus includes healthcare payment and delivery models, value-based reimbursement, risk-sharing arrangements, and population health trends. In addition to his primary role, he provides support for predictive analytics, electronic information exchange, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Tony is a licensed physical therapist and serves as an adjunct professor for the physical therapy department at Arcadia University. Outside of work, Tony lives in the greater Philadelphia region and enjoys going for a run, mowing the lawn, and spending family time with his wife and two children.

Elizabeth Hamlett

Senior Research Associate in the Evaluation and Health Economics practice at KNG Health Consulting

Elizabeth Hamlett is a Senior Research Associate in the Evaluation and Health Economics practice at KNG Health Consulting. Ms. Hamlett has extensive experience in the design and implementation of qualitative research (e.g., systematic literature reviews, surveys, and interviews), … conducting analyses using Medicare inpatient and post-acute care claims data, and project management. Since joining KNG Health in 2015, her work has focused on evaluating the efficiency, effectiveness, and value of medical interventions, as well as the impact of policy and delivery system changes on patients and providers.

Michael P. Johnson, PhD, PT

President for the Home Health and Hospice Practices at BAYADA Home Health Care

Michael P. Johnson, PhD, PT serves as President for the Home Health and Hospice Practices at BAYADA Home Health Care in Moorestown, NJ. These two specialty practices (part of ten total practice lines at BAYADA) are comprised of over 100 offices in 16 states that provide care … to over 22,000 clients, in their homes, weekly through a multidisciplinary team approach delivered by over 3,500 clinicians and staff. Dr. Johnson has served as a member of the National Advisory Council for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), a Steering Group member for the AQA Alliance, and as a consultant on the development and testing of quality measurements for use in the Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS). He holds a BS in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University (Boston), an MS in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from MCP Hahnemann University (Philadelphia) and a PhD in Health Policy from the University of the Sciences (Philadelphia).
