Natalie Venable earned her bachelor of science in occupational science from Eastern Kentucky University in 2012, followed by a master of science in occupational therapy in 2014. Her extensive career as an occupational therapist spans various settings, including outpatient care for both adult and pediatric populations, skilled nursing facilities, and home health services. Over the past five years, Natalie has dedicated her expertise to home health and hospice, assuming key leadership roles in quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory affairs.

As the founder and CEO of Thrive Healthcare Solutions, LLC, Natalie leverages her wealth of experience to offer consultancy services nationwide. Specializing in enhancing quality outcomes, survey preparedness, and operational efficiencies, Natalie’s consultancy focuses on empowering home health and hospice agencies to excel in their service delivery. Additionally, Natalie holds certifications as a Lean Healthcare Professional (CLHP), OASIS Specialist (COS-C), and CHAP Certified Consultant, further underlining her commitment to excellence in healthcare management and improvement.
