Rinki Varindani Desai

Dr. Rinki Varindani Desai is a medical speech-language pathologist, board-certified swallowing disorders specialist, healthtech entrepreneur, and clinical educator. She is the founder of Theratactix, a digital health consulting firm, and co-founder of the Swallowing Training and Education Portal, a leading dysphagia e-learning platform. She also founded the Medical SLP Forum online community and co-created the mobile app Dysphagia Therapy. Currently, she works as a researcher and educator at the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston. With extensive global experience at the intersection of rehabilitation, technology, and education, Rinki helps create tech-enabled solutions that empower clinicians and improve patient outcomes. Outside of work, she’s a full-time mom to a toddler and enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
