Tim Altenburg

Timothy Altenburg is a distinguished clinician-operator specializing in the intersection of operations and clinical care. As the VP of Senior Care at Medbridge, he oversees the strategic development of an integrated ecosystem designed to support healthcare professionals across the continuum. Timothy’s career is defined by a passion for value-based care and the implementation of innovative strategies that enhance clinical quality, patient experience, and utilization to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Prior to joining Medbridge, Timothy served as the Growth Lead for Curana Health, where he spearheaded expansion across the Southeast. His leadership experience includes serving as National Director of Clinical Operations for Senior Living at PT Solutions and Vice President of Clinical Strategy for Senior Living at HealthPRO Heritage. Timothy earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University. Originally from Long Island, NY, he currently resides in Charlotte, NC, with his wife, Meredith—a Nurse Practitioner—and their two daughters.
