Cyndi Rizzitello, MSN, RN, BC

SVP and Chief Clinical Officer at Medalogix

Cyndi Rizzitello, MSN, RN, BC, has over 25 years of home health and hospice industry experience working in the provider, EMR vendor, and consulting space. Beginning her career as a field nurse, Ms. Rizzitello quickly developed a passion for clinical IT and subsequently pursued … positions that facilitate the use of technology to achieve optimal patient and operational outcomes. Ms. Rizzitello received a Masters in Nursing Informatics from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a Bachelors in Nursing from Rutgers University. She is an ANCC Certified Informatics Nurse and has volunteered for the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Jennifer Maxwell

Cofounder and CEO of Maxwell Healthcare Associates

As cofounder and CEO of MHA and strategic advisor to Medalogix, Jennifer not only works hand in hand with clients to help them achieve new heights of operational, technological, regulatory, and financial efficiency, but also guides MHA's long-range goals, strategies, plans and … policies.

Before dedicating herself full time to MHA, Jennifer held positions as CEO and executive director of the Minnesota Homecare Association and as an executive account manager at a top home health and hospice consulting firm. There, she designed and coordinated multiple client service engagements focused on staff augmentation, acquisition, due diligence, compliance reviews as well as billing/collections, and revenue cycle management.

Jennifer has also worked with the aging population from a different lens, running adult community services programs at the Mesa County Department of Human Services. Jennifer holds a master's degree in counseling and a bachelor's degree in psychology and was an adjunct professor of psychology and sociology at Colorado Christian University.

Joseph Brence, PT, DPT, MBA, FAAOMPT

Head of Clinical Strategy at MedBridge

Joseph is an energetic healthcare innovator and leader with a demonstrated track record of clinical excellence, specifically focusing on strategies to transform the delivery of post-acute care. Joseph is currently employed by MedBridge as the Head of Home and Community Care Strategy … and Solutions. Prior to this role, he focused on innovation, strategy and education within the post-acute division of a large IDFS. Joseph is an equity partner at the Nxt Gen Institute of Physical Therapy and sits on the advisory board for the Rangos School of Health Sciences at Duquesne University. He has assisted with national healthcare strategy efforts at the American Physical Therapy Association, as well as the Department of the VA. Joseph is also a faculty member at NYU as a course lead for entrepreneurship and strategic management.
