Stephanie Kirk is a registered nurse and nursing educator with nearly two decades of clinical and academic experience spanning neonatal intensive care, school nursing, urgent care, and prelicensure nursing education. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Western Governors University, where she received an Excellence Award for her coursework in Pharmacological Foundations for Advanced Nursing Practice, as well as a Master of Science in Health Sciences from New Jersey City University.

Stephanie currently serves as a Nursing Academic Specialist at South College, where she collaborates with faculty and administration to identify at-risk students and provides individualized and group tutoring across all nursing courses. She hosts live NCLEX review sessions using Next Generation-style questions and case studies, creates recorded content workshops, and serves as an ATI Champion and product specialist with expertise in data analysis. She is an emerging leader on South College's National Team and a graduate of the institution's prestigious Leadership Academy.

Her clinical background includes over a decade in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at St. Luke's University Health Network, where she served as a night shift charge nurse and held NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications. She went on to become the Pediatrics Lead Instructor for the St. Luke's School of Nursing Evening/Weekend Program, teaching pediatrics, obstetrics, and pharmacology while serving on the Student Academic Progression and Development team. Her clinical expertise spans NICU, pediatrics, PICU, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.

Stephanie also brings more than a decade of experience as a certified school nurse in the Phillipsburg School District, where she was twice named Educator of the Year and served as the District Pandemic Response Team Coordinator. She is a contributing author of "Musculoskeletal Trauma & Neurological Conditions in the Pediatric Population" for ATI/Ascend Learning, a national text used in prelicensure nursing programs, and actively collaborates with Pearson Learning on nursing curriculum development.
