Pamela Dibblee, PT, DPT, OCS

Pam Balla Dibblee, PT, DPT, OCS received her BS in Biology from the University of Iowa and Physical Therapy degree from the University of Illinois Chicago and DPT from Regis University in Denver in 2010. She is currently working on completing her Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual … Therapy at Regis University. Dr. Dibblee currently serves as a member of the APTA Health Systems Steering Committee and as a co-chair on the APTA's Health Systems subcommittee on Quality. She currently is employed as an Internal Process Control Coordinator for Intermountain Healthcare working on the standardization of care, clinical and professional development and quality improvement. She has worked on implementing Clinical Practice Guidelines for TKA, patellofemoral pain and shoulder across the Intermountain system.

Stephen Hunter, PT, DPT, OCS, FAPTA

Stephen Hunter PT, DPT, OCS, FAPTA received his Bachelor of Arts in physical therapy from University of Utah in 1984, and his clinical doctorate in 2008. He began working for Intermountain Healthcare in 1984. He is board certified in orthopedic physical therapy. Currently, Stephen … is the director of Internal Process Control for Intermountain's rehabilitation services. He leads a team of 4 internal process coordinators who work to standardize evidence-based care across rehabilitation disciplines and services. He is the past president of NARA (National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies) and has served on several committees for the APTA. Stephen is a co-investigator for the pcori OPTIMIZE chronic low back pain trial. He speaks nationally and has authored or co-authored several manuscripts establishing the value of physical therapy.
