Medication misuse, overuse or complication pose significant risk to patient safety and result in over 1 million emergency room visits each year in the United States alone. During this course, participants will explore techniques to reconcile their patients' medication histories, factors that can lead to increased risk of medication misuse, and ways for you to educate patients and their caretakers on medication risk management.
