This course describes COVID-19 and its symptoms, best practices for infection control and prevention, including standard and transmission-based precautions and cleaning and disinfecting the environment, and what to do if you show possible symptoms, based on information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
This course aligns with the CDC's interim infection control and prevention recommendations for patients with suspected or confirmed COVID-19. Make sure to follow any protocols provided by your organization, and check the local and federal resources applicable to you.
