1. Choosing Fall Prevention Assessments for Patients
This chapter will assist practitioners in determining which assessments to use with a patient, based on clinical information. We will help therapists analyze their patient’s needs and take the time to find the best assessment, or assessments, to use.
2. Combining Fall Assessment Results for Clinical Guidance in Treatment Planning
What happens after the assessment? This chapter will guide practitioners in analyzing results in order to determine the direction of treatment planning. Through the use of video examples, practitioners will see the intricate details of navigating assessment results with patients.
3. Documenting Assessment Results to Support Documentation
