1. The Big WHY

Most of us were drawn to physical therapy out of a desire to help patients achieve their goals. We demonstrate consistent leadership with our patients. Tapping into our individual “big WHY” keeps us motivated and helps us see how to lead in all aspects of our career.

2. Leading Every Day

Leadership isn’t an event; it’s something you do every day through many “little” acts. Whether you are a supervisor of others, owner of a clinic, or a staff therapist, you have the opportunity to lead every day. In fact, everyone on your team has the opportunity to lead.

3. Take Leadership to the Big Stage… and Reach Beyond Your Immediate World

Leadership isn’t just about you reaching personal goals. It’s about advancing the profession that has given you so much.
